What a beautiful surprise to get this thank you letter from the Museo Nacional de las Culturas del Mundo today as the "I was born a girl" exhibition with art and poetry by Minna Pietarinen on women's rights, has come to an end after 5 months in Mexico.
Each word fills us with gratitude for the amazing work by the team at the museum, the team at the Finnish Embassy and everyone involved to make it the success that it was. And of course to each and every one of the 25, 853 visitors who came to see Minna's amazing art. We are simply speechless.
It brings back so many memories of the wonderful opening event (link to the video of the event made by the Museum in the comments) and we cannot wait for Sinako to bring the exhibition to the Nordic Business Forum in Helsinki 27-28.9.
Here is the letter translated freely:

With the pleasure of greeting you, I would like to inform you that we have now concluded the exhibition "I was born a girl. Women fighting for their rights", a pictorial and poetic collection by the Finnish artist Minna Pietarinen, which was successfully presented at the National Museum of the Cultures of the World.
I am pleased to report that, during the exhibition period from the 3rd of March to the 30th of July 2023, we had a total of 25,853 visitors.
In addition to the public that was able to attend in person, we must add the thousands of followers of the press and social networks, whom the videos and reviews prepared by the museum have reached.
We want to extend our gratitude to the entire team that collaborated with you and joined the activities of the exhibition and we reiterate our enthusiasm and readiness for future collaborations.
